I cannot get certified organic using my aquaponic systems, which is quite sad because it is a fantastic method of fertigation and provides nutrient packed produce-Chemical free.
This grower is on point for using coconut coir rather than rockwool. USDA needs to pull their hands from special interest pockets , so we all could enjoy food as it should be.
Great piece and thanks Mr. Greenhouse Farmer.

Now when they start aquafarming, they can get rid of the synthetic fertilizers and complete the ecosystem... They can get rated organic And sell 1000 talapia and yellow perch a month to you and your fellow chefs...

That is great but I like to see how people do it in the home...since most don't have this kind of setup:)

Why Bumble bees as opposed to Honey Bees?

TO-MAY-TO. Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew.

@suddenlyitsobvious Did you watch the video? If you pull your head out of your butt and look at what they are in, it is called a greenhouse. Greenhouses are built with a roof that allows the sunlight to come through and But it keeps out the cold. Out so that you can grow all year long. It is what people have been using Greenhouses for since Greenhouses where Invented. Now stop trolling and trying to pretend that you have a smell-o-vision monitor and you can taste test online

Quite frankly, just LOOKING at the tomatoes from here, I can actually see they're almost tasteless...
FANTASTIC!

@Byrnzi360 - I'm sure there's a tremendous investment in trying to bring us the best ingredients. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOP AT YOUR LOCAL MARKET!! Not the national food chain that buys from another country.
