@botsfauldenfell This video was made for comedic purposes. Whatever way you do things in your realm, all of our weapons meet the Belegarth Book of War safety standards (though cloth covers are not required in our group). We conduct regular weapon checks and wear protective gear as well (though that is not required by the BOW). Some of our members hail from different realms, we've several veterans on the field, and we are all constantly improving. We'll meet you at an event someday :)

Maybe you guys should build safer weapons? I mean some of them looked okay but the spear should have more haft padding so that doesn't happen at 1:00.

Also try and branch out to other realms and go to events. Get some vets to help you out with fighting.
