Yeah I believe him too. There are just too many reports of these types of creatures by too many witnesses for everyone to be lying. Same thing with UFO's. There must be an element of truth behind some of these sightings.

Back in 1829 in the Okefenokee swamp in Geogria, a giant wild hairy man reportedly attacked a party of 9 men who were tracking its footprints. They were suddenly attacked at night by the giant, and 7 men shot it with their rifles, but it continued after them. 5 of the men had their heads torn off, until the giant was finally killed by further shots. The remaining party measured the dead giant at 13 feet long. The details are reported by John Ostean a survivor, to the Milledgeville Statesman.

I was not there so I hesitate to say he is "misleading," but his non-verbal signals & the way he's talking shows he is either making up the story as he goes along, or he has cognitive challenges and just thinks a little slower than some folks. Either way, he is an interesting character and has BIG balls if he did indeed poke a bigfoot with a stick. The man cares about his dog and you have to respect that :)
