I done this glitch using penguin storm

There is a new way.Go to any CPPS (CLub Penguin Private server) and add the item with the ID 800.(you have to say somehing like /item 800 / !ai 800/:add 800) Now you will get a PSA Spy Phone.Clikc the Spy Phone and Click "visit HQ".Now you will be teleported into The old HQ.Thumbsup if this worked ;-).
