Qui-Gon Jinn sees the future

This is probaly better than the other one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BylUa6hzQLg Qui-Gon has some visions during this fight against Darth Maul, his visions are from the future when Anakin turns to the dark side. So Qui-Gon is triying to finish Maul off so he can prebent this events from happening but he fails... Obi-Wan finishes Maul but he doesnt know anything about what Qui-Gon Jinn saw...

@TheFerst99 Exactly. But that doesnt mean they wont meet their end. The purpose in wich they exist is to maintain balance, should balance exist, they aren't needed. I think this is implied in the whole idea. So, apart from what other people are saying, the Balance isnt 50%/50%, rather 0%/0%.

I always thought that 'balance' meant the death of both Jedi and Sith orders. Yoda said to Luke, 'The last of the Jedi will you be.' Ignoring any Expanded Universe crap, the deaths of Palpatine, Anakin Skywalker and the eventual death of Luke Skywalker (who never went on to found a New Jedi Order) meant that there was harmony. (Basically, if neither order had ever existed, the galaxy would have been spared a lot of bloodshed.)

I believe that Anaking did indeed bring balance to the Force, in the end their were two well known Jedi's (Ben Kenobi and Yoda) and two Sith (D Vader and D Sidious)

@EZL80 That was the whole point... The Jedi knew that Anakin would bring balance, but they didn't know that he would bring balance by joining the Sith. As well as being apart of Order 66.
