What a waste of our taxes, Cigar tobacco is LEGAL in America, so let us smoke cigars in America! Geesh. When Kennedy passed this stupid Embargo he himself ordered a huge stock pile of Cuban cigars then signed the paper work, what a rip. I am sure there are tons of Cuban Cigars in the white house right now.
