We begin the series about how we prepare some dishes totally our way. No particular mesurments, no "beauty shaping" contest ... just preparing food our own way. Enjoy!

Začenjamo serijo o tem, kako mi pripravljamo nekatere jedi čisto po svoje. Nobenega posebnega merjenja ali tekmovanja v "lepotnem oblikovanju" ... le priprava hrane na čisto naš način. Obilo užitkov.

  • @2501feli A salad. We make it with a lot of dressing (water, vinegar and oil). It goes well with potato, risotto, all kinds of maccroni and stuff or you can eat it just like that - solo.

    i think like it! (I FEEL SLOVENIA).The only doubt that i have is for consistency:-) is this a salad or something like a soup?

  • @2501feli Well, you should wash letuce, drain all the water, then pure it with vinegar, sunflower, pumpkin or olive oil and water. Water you pure after you add oil and vinegar stays in there. Mixing all the salad is ready for eating, what is seen at the end of the preparation. I believe it's very understandable. I don't know if you'll like the taste, though.
