Awful form, I'm a 16 yr old football player and can lift 465 for deads, maybe my weights coach should give you some pointers for form.....

@idesicratei Dude... he was using and over-under grip which is used for deadlifts.

mabey use the deadlift grip instead of the powerclean one

@dwrobel89 Funnily enough, powerlifters work best at one rep due to their muscles and more importantly their CNS

im 165lbs and do sets of 315. why do u just do one rep? isnt it better to crank out 10 or 12?

form isn't great but is understandably taxed by the lift.
nice bodyweight:deadlift ratio man. I'm at 160 pounds and my DL's 385 for now.. can't wait to get to 405.

i hope by now some one has corrected your form
i just started deadlifting about a month ago im at 350lbs now i'll be at 405 pretty soon.

Good back strength! You have great potential. If you are serious about lifting, get some good technique instruction and set a proper schedule and diet. Good work
