Part 3 of 3...The Fairmont State University Wind Ensemble Presents the final concert of their 2004-2005 season. Included in this installment: Timothy Broege's "Blue Alien Accumulation" and Henry Fillmore's "Hallelujah Trombone".
Be sure to check out additional installments of this concert which was presented on May 3, 2005 in Colebank Hall on the Main Campus.
NOTE: I was unable to locate a program for this concert, so the band roster and song listings had to be recreated both from memory and from an old email from Dr. Huffman listing the songs to be played during April rehearsals. If I have inadvertantly omitted someone or mixed up a song title, please let me know...I can't re-edit the video, but I can put the changes in the video description.
Thanks and enjoy!

Wow, the beginning is super fast in Blue Alien Accumulation. IMO it ruins the feeling of it, but otherwise it was great. ^-^

This song is so much fun for us trombone players. We played this for our band concert (concert band) last monday and we had so much fun. When we got to measure 81 us t-bones went crazy and played loud and fast. On the last 4 measures we played it super loud on the very last 2 notes of the song and my band director told us to quiet down...lol.
