  • To those who know, trust, and truly believe in God. The debate about creation with those who don't believe in God is good for information, and to help others eventually believe. However, please understand that information only goes so far. God has to open their minds and cause them to understand before they will ever see the truth no matter how clear it may seem to you. In light of that, please honor God with how you talk with others. Be firm in your beliefs, and loving in sharing them.

  • To those who don't believe in God. Tell me how everything came from nothing. I know God made it (the first cause). If you don't believe in God, then you are missing a very important step on the road to having nature as we know it (The very first step is missing, and the road does not exist). The account of God creating everything is much more believable than the idea that nothing produced everything. The idea of God is actually good science, and science is actually the study of his creation.

  • Science is not yet able to explain the origin of the universe, and indeed, may never explain it. But to use that failure as evidence for mythology has as much merit as the ancient (and incorrect) belief that the sun, moon and stars are gods.

  • Self-fulfilling Prophecy

  • ...string theory is today on the forefront of physics research at CERN in Europe where they are experimenting with creating miniature black holes (2 atoms smash together) that mimics the situation at the time of the Big Bang. I know I will not convince you - and I hold no ill will for your faith. It is your religion (dogma, organization and effects on the human psyche) that I fear - not for my own sake, but the world at large. Religious people don't mind nuclear war - the Apocalypse.

  • @flinnerazackanatea Hey you - when you ask "how everything came from nothing" you clearly refer to the Big Bang Theory (Correct me if I am wrong - please). This theory - meaning a framework for understanding reality - is based on Einstein's work on general relativity which works well in many situations, but unfortunately breaks down at subatomic level and therefore cannot describe what happened before the 'bang'. Other theories that function is this space (beginning of time / BB) such as...

  • @PhilosophersCreed I agree. Also It doesnt answer all the questions but God gives us all we need. The bible contains more than enough facts concerning creationism. There are numerous verses that describe things by God that man has not discovered until thousands of years later concerning sciece. I think if people truly search in Gods word, they find alot more answers than theynew were there. It speaks of space/time/matter,Entropy,star clusters, the suns rotation, the paths of the sea and on and on.

  • We need to try to tells others the truth and spread the word of God.We alsneed to remember that Christ tells us to go and tell people, try to show them the truth.but if they reject to go and shake the dust from their shoes as they leave.I have found myself in the past going on and on with evo's and or atheists, and no matter what is presented, they reject. The Bible also tells us many will reject no matter what you try to do to show them the truth.Perhaps though a seed is planted for God to use.

  • @KajexFiredrake

If you are truly deceived, you wouldnt realize it. The Bible is clear that everyone has sinned. It doesnt matter how much you think you lived a good "moral life" you are still guilty. "The bible tends to not answer alot of questions, or answers them with troubling responses" The Bible is very clear, black and white, on many issues. Though, it doesnt answer every single question. One day God shall tell us if we are saved.

  • @KajexFiredrake It seems you can't comprehend the difference, eh? The difference between me and you answering question with question is that I accepted the answer you given while you on the other hand just avoid it with a question.

It doesn't matter if an answer is a statement, the thing that matters is that it makes sense. You didn't accept my answer simply because it is only a statement even though it makes sense.

  • @KajexFiredrake You are in the stage that you are questioning a lot of thing but you are unwilling to cooperate to a person when he gives you an answer. You simply dismiss something if it isn't part of your own standard - which makes you doom to finding the answer that you are looking for.

Being an open minded doesn't mean you will accept about everything, it only means you will give thought about something and save it in your mind even if it is something you don't agree with.
