I want to scratch the eyes out of that crumby journalist imagine basically insulting Elvis like that you'd have to be C-CRAZY but Elvis of course takes it because he was a gentlemen! Many reasons why he is and was THE KING

I really don't blame him for being pissed. I would have scratched that reporters eyes out. Plus, he's almost interrogating Elvis; you can tell he doesn't approve of him. I admire Elvis' patience and willingness to go through with the entire interview.

@1wolfiesLady , yep,...and don't forget, this was early 50's,...name-calling was the thing to do in the media back then, & there was no such thing as ''politically correct''. News reporters tried to dig up the 'dirt' even worse than they do now-a-days. Elvis was VERY patient with this guy, lol.

That interviewer was obnoxious and really does sound like he's interrogating Elvis. Wow. I like where he asks about his church being a "holy roller" church and Elvis about bites his head off for it. Beautiful photos, too.
