Yeah, we all know Clouds are just a buzz word for Systems that have already Existed in the past. Most people however don't have a clue what it really is. VSphere is an amazing way to manage your systems. It allows you to pull all your reasources into one easy to manage system. That might be one way to explain to people why it is a good thing to have. Also in some ways it can add a layer of redundancy if configured correctly.
