  • This and so many other problems begin and end with a "Lack of Accountability"

    NOT just the company or group but each and every individual

    After investigation a percentage of blame should to be assigned to each person

    The head of the SEC and other regulating bodies, shouldn't receive full pensions,

    NOT if their incompetence completely wiped-out others, a fine not to exceed 50% of their compensation would be fair

    What is his punishment for a soldier on guard duty who falls asleep?
