Their are several things wrong with your dog.1.He didn't listen to you when you said whoa.2.Creeped in and charged the bird, he should of stopped and stayed when he first pointed the bird.Relocating implys that the bird is moving not standing still.3.Was working to close to you he needs to range fathar.
