@lymsfriend kasi marami ng tradisyon at kultura ang Pilipinas bago pa dumating ang mga demonyong kastila at inalis sa atin ang mga ito,at itinuro na mali at imoral ang mga dati ng gawi ng mga katutubo

huwag ikahiya ang kultura at tradisyong Filipino... Ipagmalaki natin dahil ito ay ating tradisyon, walang karapatan ang ibang lahi na digtahan tayo kung ano ang tama o kung ano ang bastos...

The application of the folk cultures is up to the people and the society - meaning it's more of a subjective thing. And it's a tough job to apply old traditions today.
Honours to those who were able to help save the folk traditions but if Filipinos really don't understand the culture, then it's no good to force them back (unfortunately).
In every folk tradition we learn about the Philippines, lets see how they can be integrated to the modern Filipinos and not just by blindly injecting it.
