I love how folk's get involved , don't APPLY what they are taught. Then they come here and BASH. We as a team are focused on helping other's find some hope out here. Go ask your boss at your DEAD END job how to get into his position so you can make the money he is making. Oh wait, that mean's he has to lose his spot! @lRAND0Ml anyone can make up their own rating scale. What makes bbb credible on the subject. The reason why I don't think LTD is a good company is because of their ethics, and often times these kind of rating scale overlook the ethical part. All they care about is money.
