no..I was so excited to get to hear him sing Tosti's "Non t'amo piu"..indeed not this song
-
@sangiorz23 Yes. I don't think anyone else recorded this version. I think it's pretty much forgotten. I like it, though. And, yes, I like Tosti's version, too. I have heard many singers record that version.

@sangiorz23 Mistaken description or not, for me a wonderful surprise and a brand new recording of "the master"

May I ask what is the source of this recording? I have the complete Marston Caruso, this sounds better than Marston's take, which I wouldn't have thought possible.

Tosti's "Non T'amo Piu" is by far the most famous.
The correct description that would prevent people to listen to what they were not looking for (as I did!) would be "Caruso sing's "Non T'amo piu" by Denza.
-
Yes, and I am the 2nd person ever to sing and record it, see my web site, click through my username to the web indicated. This is the aria that made my Dad's eyes bulge years ago so I learned how to sing it.
-
oh yes it is, by Denza. But, only 1 singer recorded it. Caruso. Any other singer would probably be so compared it could bring light to the differences.
-
yes this is "non t'amo più" of Denza maybe you confuse it with "non t'amo più" of Tosti
Indeed, it is not Tosti's "Non T'amo Piu", perhaps it can be reposted under the right composer (who also deserves credit!)

It's Denza's version and it was in the discription:)
