How are your goals going? Try making a daily check list.
When you find yourself saying the word "can't" try replacing that word with "won't" and see if that empowers you. You will realize that there is nothing that you "can't" do. You have a choice, and you are choosing that you "won't" do it, which leaves room for the possibility that you "will" do it. Once you make that distinction, you can see that anything is possible.
Also, do the Landmark Forum. It's a weekend seminar. It changes lives.
Doing things because YOU want to - that's the first step toward becoming more comfortable with yourself! I'm not going to say something like "if you can think it, you can do it!" (:P) but yeah... you can only appreciate the good things in your life if you start looking after your own needs first! Be honest about what you want in life and do what you need to do... :) - orr... if you can think it, YOU CAN DO IT!!! LOL :P
and shes trying to loose weight like your and she has to do the oposite of me.she has to count her calories to make sure shes burning more than she eats.
so hun just try doing that.
