My client is performing KB Hold Sit-Ups...notice that her arms are straight up aligned with her chest...she wants to think about going from a Chest Press Position to a Shoulder Press Position when she sits up. Arms never move. In her second exercise...she is performing a mountain climber on sliders and finally ending her round with a push-up/pause/knee tucks...really a good full body exercise...one of my favorites. Try it out...I know you will just love playing on those sliders.
