To clarify what I meant. I had high hopes for these games and they just didn't compare to the other games in this genre this generation. Love halo but they kinda let me down a little this generation. But the online helped make it good enough. Resistance online just sucked IMO.

@bmdshred77 the success of Reach is understandable since it benefitted from a huge Halo fanbase that was already in existence. Even if it had sucked it would have still sold. Killzone 2 had a shitty predecessor and had to rely on aggressive marketing. Fall of Man was a great predecessor to Resistance 2 but it wasn't big enough to attract a fanbase comparable to Halo. Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 are phenomenal games that are AT LEAST at par with Reach

Lol none of these games sold as much as halo reach even when they combined. Not a bad game though. Just not worthy of this generation

wow sound effects on the name bars being 10x the volume of the video stream? Come on gamespot. You don't need sound fx for that anyway!

I really don't know why I skipped this game, I just finished Resistance 3 and wow was I blown away by the intense combat and fluid gameplay that both it's single player and multiplayer provided. I just picked this up today and can't wait to dive head first into this classic PS3 only title!

Just bought this and Killzone 2 for 10 pound !!! How could I never played them before? Awesome! For 10 pound all together I get to own two of the best shooters on ps3 it is a steal!!
