I would suggest that if they were positive through and through they would not have had a breakdown in their immune system's ability to fight off cancer -no matter how advanced.
AND there is the factor of when is their time to go and did they manifest the cancer as a way to exit? I am not suggesting I have all the answers, but new questions need to be asked besides how do we mask the symptoms?
