@DannyMorel the background isn't gay, its supposed to be funny. there is an old painting of god touching adam's finger and giving him life. the background is spoofing that painting by depicting shigeru miyamoto as god and mario as adam.

Yes, you can make stages from scratch, like how I made most of my recent stages. You just need to have some experience with stages, though.

Respond to this video... yaaay!! gannon looks less gay ^_^ do these type of models work online, or will it de-sync me... i wana use the melee ganon but like i seen from baby mario the hitbox can change.

They work online. Only movesets or models that have edited bones can desynch. Baby Mario isn't a vertex hack like Ganondorf, but a hack made with resizing codes. I'm surprised people still use it.
