9:30 am Update Report on the Gulf Refinery Explosion in Puerto Rico

As of 9:30 am, the fire is still burning heavily. The cloud of smoke continues to move towards the Atlantic Ocean. Therefore minimizing the pollution on populated areas in the metro. The ship seen towards the end is an oil tanker that was docked and off-loading oil on the refinery. It was removed from the bay area due to the explosion. Weather reporters warn that the wind could change direction later today, causing all the smoke to disperse through the populated areas. I'll be updating again later today.

I was in San Sebastian watching news at the time it happened I think that explosion happened in catano and I never realized that the explosion made international news wow I was in Puerto Rico on vacation.
