Yes Vtec. We actually found during our dyno tuning that VTEC was not operating because of one of the miscellanoues setting in the fuel injection controller....by reactivating the Vtec, we went from about 460whp to 532whp at the same timing and boost.

@wicked5479 where did you get the turbo, is it a universal turbo kit with custom bent pipes? ty, and what engine, and transmission modifications did you have to do? Ty, I am going to do this with my mom's 2006 toyota sienna.

@theaznbboy865 I hope it isn't a secret lol, I would also love to know how to convert to a manual tranny, driving a van with an auto tranny sucks :( Too bad honda dropped the option of having a manual tranny T_T

Please tell me how you modified the TL transmission. I'd like to do it to my Odyssey. Thank you.

@wicked5479 hey can u tell me what kind of intake is tht an the size?
i am looking for a better one for my 08 odyssey

@shane5076 The intake is a custom piece from Wilson intake manifolds. It will probably set you back a cool $2500 or so. We actually borrowed it from our Ohio plant's HART drag racing team. They were making 1200hp through it in a tube chassis Civic with a beefed up Odyssey motor. There are aftermarket cold airs...we started off using a Fujita cold air before we did the turbo.

Sorry man, no new videos. In fact, this poor van has donated its heart to the new van. I personally have moved on to other things now, so we'll how the new van pans out.

what happened to the vcm? Variable Cylinder Management?
MrLazlness 6 months ago
@MrLazlness This car was originally a '05 LX model....VCM was only on on the higher grade models.
And obviously for power we wanted the Vtec.
