Besides...taxes don't stop bad things happening in the enviroment...good ideas that actually stop it do like converting pollutants into harmless gases.

well, you dont need to see anything here. if it was working you would just see a hall with lots of people talking and you would probably hear a voice of a journalist saying that finaly progress is being made after talks stalled in the Danish Capital on Monday. And then a United Nations guy commenting on progress being finaly made.
