Exactly! I think that all the time, I`m a candian and I`ve been to other countries, like the one you`re describing, countries where there is no seperation of church and state and where, like you said, government troops kill their own people, and then I listen to people here whining... of course there may be some police brutality, of course some people may have their feet stepped on, but the police here are doing much, much better than other places in the world!

  • lol i love canada, its amazing, and even more, i love its people and the freedom you have, but what i don't like is how u think you live in a police state. you think this is bad? my parents came from a country where there was no work, no food, army checks, and if people wanted to have an assembly like this, even peacful, they wouldn't bother with dressing up as a rioter, they would just open fire. you people have no idea how good u got it, i feel blessed to live in this country,

  • Yeah, a good one, by the Quebec police. Send agents in to prevent trouble with rocks, huh? ?Well they have to make something up.

  • @amphibwarrior0321 I doubt it. It would not surprise me that they were there to start something violent. It is not unknown for police forces to do such things and there's no reason to think this is not what they were up to. If it looks like a duck .. well, you know.

If the wanted an impeccable reputation they'd would eschewed getting up to such antics. I don't like mob protests either, but I also am against police corruption. I'm not going to put blinders on just to favour one side.

  • *Sigh*

Those who we hope maintain righteousness are corrupt too, eh? Very sad reflection on the police forces. They should be above that sort of thing.

Furthermore the leaders of the Quebec police should have owned up to the wicked device. Now the admin looks like liars on top of it all. Sad.

But it's moot to me as I'm against these mob protests to begin with and wonder if there aren't better ways than to be mobbing, smashing windows and burning cars at every G-whatever summit meeting.

  • Stockwell Day is a liar and a selfish politician. He and the rest of the Conservative Minority are turning this country into a haven for corruption. So much for Harper's accountability. At least with the liberals we knew they were corrupt because they didn't try to lie about it.

  • they are observing the idiots who are breaking the laws.

Anyone who goes to protests knows the anarchists break laws and disrupt the peace...stop lying..

  • At least these Nazi's I mean cops are breaking I mean keeping the peace. Sleep well(lol)!

  • Yes! The secrecy of goons must end.

  • Just part of the NWO NAU & SPP we the people apparently have no say .. were heading to a POLICE STATE here in CANADA soon we will be seeing the military in the streets along side the so called cops.. which are just an extension of the military... and Stockwell day is a Dork!
