is there a way we the people can file a suit against congress? A suit against all those who voted for the patriot act and the homegrown terrorism act and the fisa law?

The question is no longer "why do we let them get away with this?" the question these days is "Are we going to continue to let them get away with this?".
Not just this nonsense but also the manufactured wars, prohibition on A CURE FOR CANCER (cannabis), etc. you know I could go on and on... you get the point. It's one thing to acknowledge a corrupt system- however no change has ever been brought forth by acknowledgment alone. It's time for each of us to pick a cause and stand up for it.

You would think each member would have an id card to activate their voting keypad. In the UK we still count members walking through Yea or Nay lobbies. There are pairing rules if people can't be there.
