Sugar suffered brain damage from anesthesia when she was neutered, and lost her ability to stand and walk. We built her a front wheel with rear training wheels, because her rear legs have strength and she just needs a little extra support to stand in the rear. Her front legs have a tendency to slip back under her body. However, as soon as we positioned her limbs under her shoulders and hips, she took right off - What a JOY !
you know what they say "gotta keep it moving" "roll or get rolled over".
who knows what kind of healing can occur when you dont give up and still make demands on the body. i see genuine promise for your dog, with you guys in her corner, it wouldnt suprise me with sugar using her body like that regularly with your help and support she might end up getting sick of the wheels and scrap them for her own legs again. all the best had to comment :)
