@RealityGrapple But that's something that you people keep writing me for years now, seriously - close to a decade now (before I had this channel and have been posting my own videos)! How is it possible that I'm not just still alive but also feeling great and functioning?!?! And what is with all that stuff about looking sick and so on? I have to be fat now to be considered healthy looking? Or at least buffed and showing muscles and stuff...? And who decides all that?

@breatharians thanks my friend I had my season eating very little and even stopping eating for a week or so, I am interested in the subject by my own experience and because I am a researcher, best of luck
