Correction: I meant this Oasis B-side is better than the vast majority of OTHER band's singles.
I did not mean to compare Acquiesce to other Oasis songs -- after all, how could you compare songs like Acquiesce and Supersonic, and pick a favorite? Instead, it's enough to acknowledge both are masterpieces.

This is testament to the absolute fucking brilliance of Oasis -- when a band's B-side song is better than the vast majority of band's singles.
The Masterplan could have been released as a regular album and no one would know the difference, it's that good.
Also, having seen Oasis five times in New York City since the mid-90s, this is one of my favorite songs to hear live.
