who is responding under my youtube account? I'm confused.

@AdriaIvy Yeah, but they really make it within a state or two away. I did catch them here in Kansas City about two months ago. They played to only about 40 people on a Sunday Night before heading to South By Southwest in Austin, and they were, as always, incredible!

I saw them a week ago and this song literally stunned me into happiness!!!!!
-

I have some Fleshtones rehearsal tapes for sale before they were known.

I like listening to Radiohead, don't get me wrong, but I saw 'em live twice and both times, they bored the bejesus outta me. Bands like The Fleshtones understand that the whole live music situation is an opportunity to put up or shut up. No posing, no cool affectations, just pure, kick-ass performance. They understand that a show can be entertaining and fun and best of all, show that they are no different then their audience. I don't get that vibe with Radiohead.

@KoenHead Radiohead isn't a bad band they'r just a completley diffrent kind of music

One of my favs.
As you can see, The Fleshtones kicked more ass in two minutes than a handful of FALL OUT BOYS can in their whole career. Why aren't there bands like this anymore? Bands like this not only cared enough to entertain a crowd, they truly believed in the power of Rock & Roll. Seriously, would you rather see overrated bands like Radiohead and Coldplay over a band that could turn any club into the musical center of the universe? Man, young people really need a band like this today!

I've got some early albums - Roman Gods?. The riff and build up on The Dreg is mind boggling. Coldplay? Make me yawn!!!!!!
