Que Lindo Es Mi Cristo / How Precious My Christ

A tribute to my father who did so much to support & show his love for his family. As time goes by, one realizes how much sacrifices he made. This was one of the songs that was instrumental in helping me cope with a personal crisis in my life. One backdrop area is Historic Mt. Cristo Rey (Christ the King) which is nestled near the Rio Grande in Sunland Park, New Mexico adjacent to El Paso, Texas. This towering monument overlooks two nations and three states. I loosely translated the song for English-speakers who would want to know the meaning of the spanish lyrics:
