@MrZombieshop i know. It just bugs me when people are like.... Deaf people can drive? They can do this? they can do that? It's like YES! Deaf people just can't hear. I'm a hearing teen, and have been involved in Deaf culture for several years. I am very passionate about the culture, and language.

@pookymuffin101 sing was only askin a simple question. not everyone is up to speed on deaf people or culture, before I might've asked the same question. Be nicer to people who don't know and teach them, the deaf community appreciates.

@savy21de1988 However, Marlee Maitlin is actually deaf, and she's a wonderful actress so perhaps the writers chose her to star in one of their episodes and wrote it around. And most deaf people are like this....especially if they've accepted being deaf, nothing really stops them. Even if they cannot hear, they can still see and undersand.

amazing and so beautiful skating from sasha cohen at the end. well know she stopped her career as figure skater, she should start acting! :-)

I don't think i like this episode. That is not usual Deaf people. They always misrepresent minorities on T.V. This sucks.

5:24 I know this is dumb but did ANYONE else out there feel bad for the boy? No, I'm not saying it excuses his earlier actions. But he did want his baby, it wasn't fair that the mother keep her from him. Whatever he is, he's still the father and he did show how much he loved her. He had as much right to her well being, nothing wrong if he could help her have normal hearing.
Thats all he wanted, was to be a father. I don't know it just felt sad seeing him just cry for his baby.
