Ian Harrison purchased a bb pistol in Pennsylvania.
While in New Jersey local police failed to respond to his emergency call and he was forced to protect his girlfriend and her mother during an incident.
New Jersey law requires a gun permit for even bb pistols. Ian has since been charged, but refuses to back down and is standing up for his inalienable second amendment rights.

The feds don't "allow" jack squat. The Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America TELLS the Feds that they WILL make certain EACH AND EVERY state of the union a REPUBLICAN form of government. Every state is BY LAW an AGENT of the people, and an agency FOR the people, by the LAW of Agency. In the fake reality of today (that persons actually believe), somehow the state who is by statute and act an extension of the Feds does EXACTLY what the Feds want.

The Federal Government allows for the State to have its own Constitution. Every state has the authority and exercises that authority to supersede federal authority. Only the wealthy & privileged are permitted to exercise rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution. It is not fair ... nothing in life is truly fair.

The gun laws of any given state reflect the resolve of the citizens who inhabit that state. You're not fighting hard enough. Be vocal, be heard. Vote and demand more from your elected officials. Network with others who have resolve and your same passion. Phones aren't decoration, and faxes aren't just for bid proposals. If a lunatic band of environMENTALists can protest to save a tree, why can't you launch a campaign for your God-given rights?

???? Your governor just recently tossed out a bill which has been banning bow hunting on Sundays for the past 200 years. He also cares about wildlife management and conservation. It's only a three day wait in Florida for a handgun.
