THUMBS UP TO THIS AWESOME Work Out!!

This is my personal Shoulder Work Out. This is an intense work out that will bring a SOLID definition & strength.

Things to watch out: The weight you choose and your techinique. Make sure you WARM UP enough for this work out.

Im only using 20 pounds and TRUST ME, It's enough. This work out targets every bit of your shoulders. So be AWARE that weight isn't a factor, after the First Set you will feel like animal and very pumped!

TIPS: 4 Sets / 6-8 reps / Keep your core tight & Breath.
Work your way up to 5 & 10-12 Reps

  • but is this really good for muscle growing? Cause you dont destroy your muscle that much with just some light weigth. I think thas good for the end of Workout to pump blood into the muscle so that they recover faster.

  • @hybrisss This isn't for muscle growth, clearly I would have mentioned it on the description if it was for muscle growth. I clearly POINTED out that its for definition and strength. Also you won't "Destroy" the muscle if you do it with right form Fyi here are the sets and reps depending the level you consider yourself:

    **REPS & SETS**

    Advcanced: 5 = 10-12

    Intermediate: 3 = 6-8

    Beginner: 2 = 5

  • @Focus2achieve SO, you tone by doing more sets!?? Lighter weights!? I mean how many calories are you really burning there!? I would say dieting will get you tone.. not more sets lighter weights!
