I really don't get what the big deal is with employers. Even if you fake it, most people really don't care. We just want the job so we can get paid. Why is that so offensive to employers? Would they be working there for free? These people make me sick sometimes. I actually think the job should go to whomever is qualified and appears to want it most, not to whoms the best actor. If I want to be an actor I can get paid a lot more than any of these crappy companies will...

I've from the UK and I've always written things down especially if it a multi part question, I also have a tick box of my own to ensure I have given the question a background, middle and end.
