Place a banner that says something like a grand opening of an idiots neighbors home facing the camera. Replace the tape with a long ceremonial ribbon.

wow i bet he is an amazing roll model for this children. "here little suisy its perfectly ok to damage fellow Americans property. Our country is falling to bits but as long as im a dick its ok." Man and people ask why our country is falling appart. Because people have nothing better to do than rape the economy and only worry about themselves and hurt others. I cant believe this guy did that in front of his children what a dick.
