  • Look you left wing socialist loser, everyone in this country has the opportunity to be educated. I know plenty of poor people who have turned their lives around because they never saw lack of money as an obstacle. They never felt sorry for themselves, sat in their free house all day, smoking, drinking and watching Sky TV.

  • @jabedx I remember having to share books and it did not stop me going on and getting a degree, a postgraduate diploma and a good job. I loved the Tories for getting rid of that disgusting free milk which I was forced to drink and hated. LIke it or not it was Mrs Thatcher who got this country back on its feet when Labour dragged it into the mire. Yes she had to cut industries but she had to, there was no money to pay for them. She is the one getting the blame when it was Labour who messed up.

You must be joking Blair was the most disastrous Prime Minister in British history - he sold his country down the river to the EU, the US and third world.

Gave away the Thatcher rebate, failed to limit EU immigration from new entrants, encouraged mass immigraion from the 3rd world, sent our forces to disastrous foreign wars , continued Thatchers disastrous privatisation of public assets etc etc

Blair betrayed his country for personal gain and should be executed for treason

  • @EddieExile Introduced a minimum wage, introduced the HRA, removed most Hereditary peers, the list goes on...

The IRA were around post-Thatcher, through Major and into Blair. You are just being bias. You have to look at history from more than one perspective to truly understand it.

..... we pay high taxes here, we are taxed to the teeth!

We have lots of crime here, not as bad as in other countries, I guess.

  • @KungfuCow5

Thatcher broke the back of the I Ran Aways - Blair reaped the rewards.

Blair never won a thing for the UK - he couldn't win a raffle.

  • @cheeriosinabowl Your country is nice. Your not capable of bad thoughts. You have a conservating government and free health care, low crime rate and cheap medicine. How do you do it?

  • @EddieExile Defeated? The Troubles were ended by Blair.

  • On and on me arse. You were gone within 3 years. Your own party gave you the boot and that's saying something in the Conservative party. Now just die you old hag.

  • @Choccybics What about the miners? No qualifications. Became House-husbands. What about them? They don't have the opportunity to better themselves. What about the poor people who won't be able to afford tuition fees.

  • @EddieExile

.... I still like her. Had a bit of a crush on her back in the 80's!

  • @cheeriosinabowl Thatcher has a mixed reaction in the UK - but ignore the unrepresentative comments from bitter pro IRA irish and bitter commies (Thatcher defeated them both)
