The chicks voice was very annoying, and the story was hard as hell to follow. The video wasn't very entertaining, the only part I enjoyed was the opening scene.

That was actually mildly entertaining. Sloppy, sure, but entertaining nonetheless. The girl's (?) voice acting was unfavorable, but I somehow bought the very similar sounding male voice actors. An artistic, entertaining waste of time would be my way of describing this film.
