That was my first thought too! I want so badly to like the Duratec because it is lighter and more powerful but it just doesn't sound that great. With Zetecs being cheaper and having belt driven cams AND a nice sound to them I think I might just have to go for Zetec instead.

@solveg, the engine is not fine tuned yet. It has a safety map that cuts in at 4700 rpm, so around 124 hp@wheels with 140 nm @ 1500rpm. Ill focus on tuning the engine program this season. Around 180~200 shall be possible. Also the wiring for the front lights must be fixed..

Nope the transmission is a sierra type 9, the turbo that is added to the 2.0 Ford Zetec is from saab :)

@deans4x4 its custom weld on some Fiat part if I remember correctly.... I can check if its importaint for you :) The standard intake builds to much on top and will not fit at all under the bonnet..
