"Anonymous nu este o organizatie, nu este un club, un partid, nici chiar o miscare. Nu exista nici un manifest si nici taxe de adeziune. Anonymous nu are leaderi sau vreun guru, nu are o ideologie fixa. Suntem doar niste oameni care calatoresc impreuna pe o perioada de timp, la fel ca niste calatori in autobuz. In momentul transmiterii acestui mesaj facebook si twitter par sa contina cele mai active congregatii Anonymous, dar asta se poate schimba oricand. Venim din toate mediile sociale. Suntem studenti, muncitori, functionari, someri, suntem tineri si batrani, ne imbracam in diferite feluri. Din Anonymous fac parte oameni din toate rasele, tarile, etniile. Suntem multi, suntem vecinii vostri, colegii vostrii, soferii vostrii de autobuz si administratorii vostrii de retele, Noi suntem Anonymous si multora dintre noi le place sa poarte masti Guy Fawkes la demonstratii Nu este ilegal sa fii Anonymous, nu este ilegal sa porti masti Guy Fawkes, tineti minte asta. Daca nu ati fost personal implicati in activitati ilegale, nu aveti de ce sa fa fie teama, indiferent cu cine vorbiti, daca vorbiti. Este intelept sa nu vorbiti despre asta cu nimeni. Care este lucrul corect de facut? Nimeni nu-ti poate spune ce este corect sau gresit. Singurul care poate face asta esti chiar tu si esti singura persoana pe care ar trebui sa o urmezi. Nu avem lideri. Esti de asemenea singurul responsabil pentru actiunile tale. Fa ceea ce crezi ca este corect si de bun simt. Nu face nimic din ceea ce crezi ca nu este corect si de bun simt. Cati Anonymous exista?

Suntem multi iar acum esti unul dintre noi.
