I did fists of fire and arm strength... loved the combo! Is there a longer fists of fire progression?

sadie, I started doing yoga for the first time about a month ago using your videos here...you are a genius! Ive always poo pooed yoga calling myself an athlete, but you have definitely shown me the light. thank you from Vancouver BC!

Hi! I've been doing yoga for about 6 months, and still feel like I am either not strong enough in my upper body, or am doing wrong form for chataranga (sp?). Do you have any suggestions? I feel like I should be able to do it. Thanks.

just want to thank you for your videos, it's very inspiring... I am doing yoga through your videos everyday and I'm seeing changes in my body, I feel a lot stronger now and more toned.. I love doing yoga and there are always new things to learn, I have been doing it for the last 5 years and I am still learning new ways of doing things. It is great for toning and all round body conditioning, love it! Learnt some new techniques from this video, thanks!
