@stringcheese0902 That's what bugs me! So many exceptions to the honor code when it comes to sports, dances, etc.. Just look at the BYU cheerleaders. Tell me honestly that's not for sex appeal? If the school wants to be conservative, then at least be consistent. BTW: I go to BYU too!

@Lannyland That's actually not true for dance competitions. There are still some pretty strict rules for the costumes - straps have to be at least 1" thick, slits can't be more than 3", can't be cut lower than a bra would be, etc. - but it doesn't have to go below the knee. And yes, I know what I'm talking about. I go to BYU and have read the rules for BYU competitions.

The BYU girl violated the BYU Honor Code. According to the honor code, she must wear a skirt that covers her knees.
