I thought Hilary Swank did a great job as Teena Brandon, and I still do but when I found out that Kate actually auditioned for the role as well, I thought she'd be perfect for it too... I'm sure both did a great job, maybe the director wanted a more feminine brandon teena? lol

oh my god. she is truly beautiful.
thereare a lot of comments comparing her to hillary swank (teena brandon...) watching her i can actually believe she's a boy! Her acting is perfect, unlike hillary swank whom i found a bit out of character. Kate would have been great for that role!
