How to slam a bodybuilder

Me ( White shorts) fighting a HUGE bodybuilder kind of guy who outweighted me by at least 20-25 pounds of MUSCLE. Outwrestling somebody is really not just about strength or power, it's about SPEED, leverage and EXPLOSIVENESS. And these were the advantages I had coming into the fight.

I will post the whole match later on, but for those who wonder I won that match after the 2nd slam which you guys can't see yet ;)

Moi ( Shorts blancs) contre un gars qui ressemblait à un culturiste. Il avait AU MOINS une 20 aine de livres sur moi. Avec ce vidéo on peu réaliser que ce n'est pas toujours la grosseur de l'adversaire qui compte, mais la vitesse, l'explosion, et la technique.

Pour ceux qui se le demande j'ai gagner le match par abandon après la 2e projection. Je mettrais bientôt le combat au complet ;)

Honestly. A body builder wouldn't know how to fight. They're just for show so even a well placed strike should floor him just fine. Actually, anything really, since they'd be hella slower than you should be.
