I see it everyday...do your bitchin but satelite is worse and that is a fact. Customers will disconnect from TWC for satelite then as soon as there contract is up they are back to cable. Also, you dumbass internet users that bitch about roadrunner, 99% of the time it is the dumbass customers computer that is fucked up in some way. It is funny when I go to a customers house and they are bitchin and i hook my laptop up and have no problems.

Just reboot the box, simple. When you computer freezes you unplug it, right? Do the same to the box and BAM! Problem solved.
