I think there was a little confusion in my last comment. I didn't mean to leave you with the idea that I was saying the TSP sets were originally from a system called "TSP." My intentions were to clear up that "all" of the sets are from different systems. I think Lin sifu's website clear's it up. And I agree with you based on these findings.

All TSP forms are not from other systems. That's a pretty broad statement to make. For a deeper understanding of where they come from search the lineage and history of Wang Jyue. (that's the way the Taiwanese spell his name) C.C. Liu in DC's Chinatown and Huang Chien Liang in Baltimore county were his students.

@tweetalig @tweetalig I have interviewed CC Liu, his senior disciples, Willy Lin, and many kung fu masters + scholars on this matter. Every one concurs -there is NO kung fu style indigenous to Tian Shan-period. Every single form in TSP's curriculum can be traced their style of origin. So far not ONE single form can be identified as TSP original. The entire Red Cloud is easily disproved as myth with simple arithmetic. If I am wrong, I welcome the evidence. otherwise the case remains closed.

This is actually a standardized spear form from China. TSP imported this form into its system. All TSP forms are actually from other systems.
