It is not a tool , it is not a user , it is not a network but it is a programmer and packet designer who owns DDOS. You use tools made by others and i don't. Create shell, tools are easy but shells are not. More powerful the shells are, the more powerful the DDOS hits their server. ; ) Should i teach you more?
