@tukocan whoah!I know tone dosen't come across well in writing, but I think you got the wrong end of the stick, I wasn't bashing the car at all, it's just not my cup of tea that's all...... it's a joke that's bandied about a lot here. I assumed you were in the states as your english is so good,

AAAHH Chequerplate rash! and a roll cage on a series!
at least you're flying the Landy flag for us in the states!
roll on.... :)

All our old Series landy's are uniquely individual, I have some chequer plate you don't, so be it. The roll cage is essential here for 1) the number of local accidents with moose and 2) where I offroad.
BTW, I'm further from the "states" than you are......SWEDEN.

thanks for the vid! have you had any on road issues...like you might encounter with other "lockers" such as the powertrax no slip system.. ie: noises, popping, or any unpredictable behavior such as the ass end kicking out while accelerating around a corner?

Theses diff's don't give me any of the above symptoms. In 2WD the rear acts more predictable than it did before. The only problem that I have so far encountered is when in 4WD I can get a bit torque steer, if I'm too spirited on the gas pedal then more torque steer. Adjusting my driving to the conditions though, has helped a lot which makes the diff's more predictable.
