i was a delegate at the convention and couldn't wait for her to shut the hell up. my gosh, she doesn't understand that a microphone magnifies sound. no need to scream into it. do you have a video of al green's speech from friday night? now that i'd like to see again.

Dear mesquite, You are off base. Leticia is a great senator and Democrat. It was she who led the senatorial exile to Albuquerque in an effort to stop DeLay's plan to redistrict us out of several congressional seats. For that alone, she is a hero to all Texas Democrats! The night before this speech, her presence at our contentious SD26 caucus prevented a highly charged atmosphere from degenerating into open warfare. And this speech here set the mood for Hillary's endorsement to be well received.
